Because, OMG we need helps sometimes, the brain fog and multi mood swings can really dampen enthusiasm.

It's not always easy, we have challenges coming from different directions, career, caring, connections and curve balls, we don't always see coming, in our health and life.

But we are strong, resilient, Gen X, that say's alot. We know how to take care of ourselves, we are queens at reinvention, coping through tough times, very wise.

And we know every line of every song written in the 80's, we are dancing like no ones watching.

We know how to have fun, when we get the chance, we just forget who we are sometimes.

That's when we;

  • Need other women to help remind us, to lift us, to energise, return to our true self.

  • Means, we will need to focus on wellbeing, wellness, not just weightloss.

  • We are playing the long game, no quick fixes here, make life about vitality, return to our truer self, less B.S.

I'm here for women who want to live and value health, themselves, with a community for finding your spark, your zest and passion for your life.

Time for honesty, self-compassion and uplevelling how you care for yourself.

honestly, we are all finding midlife tricky to navigate

Women are tired of doing the same sh*t, that never worked anyways.

Yes, we change by default, so may as well feel more in control,

choose better thoughts and feel better in our body whilst we are doing it.

Yes, your hormones are changing, but we do have alot of choice as to how we treat our body, it does not need more pressure, it needs permission to slow down.

Menopause is an invitation and a giant SIGN, to pay attention.

Hi I'm Leanne, Your Personal Support and Guidance, Trainer for Zesty Women.

With over 37 years of experience in women’s fitness and wellness, I’ve guided women through every stage of life, helping them rediscover themselves and what they wan, changes everything.

This holistic approach, is gentle, mindful, restores calm and energy, using movement and mindset, changing habits, for helping your body and mind. It’s the perfect balance for the changes that come with midlife and menopause.
